Gauteng Unemployed Learnership for Face to Face Financial Advisers is a 12-month program offered by Absa Bank in Johannesburg for degree holders in Finance, Accounting, or Law. Participants will gain practical experience and enhance their skills through structured training. Responsibilities include administrative tasks, customer support, and achieving performance targets. Candidates are preferred who hold FSCA-approved qualifications and have completed the Regulatory Exam for Representatives (RE5). Responsibilities

• Participate fully in all workplace activities aligned to your development objectives
• Attend and engage in all training interventions as agreed
• Provide assistance to customers and your team to ensure ongoing performance
• Complete all required administrative tasks, including tracking and reporting
• Actively work leads efficiently to achieve agreed strike rates and productivity measures

Qualifications

• Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas in Accounting required
• National Senior Certificate is required
